Coach Fredrickson joined the Mounds View baseball coaching staff in 2024. He is a 2013 graduate of Mounds View High School where he played football and baseball. In 2013, Mitch was a part of the state championship baseball team. Mitch went on to play collegiate baseball at Bethel University from 2014-2017 where he was part of two Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) championship teams in 2015 and 2017. Mitch currently resides in Arden Hills with his wife Abbey, and two boys, Trey and Myles.
